TISTIS TIS Cumbria Ltd. have been our clients for over three years, we started by doing photography for their brochures and then produced a high resolution photograph of the development land adjacent to their current offices using our Unmanned Aerial Vehicle.

"Just a brief note thanking you and James for the information forwarded to us on Friday morning.  The information provided was part of the presentation I did for the local dignitary's.  Within the group of people were several Sellafield managers as well as people from Britain's Energy Coast, they were most impressed.  I was very pleased with the quality of the picture provided and to be honest didn't expect that the email would be sitting on my computer for my arrival early the following day.  I found it both enjoyable and intriguing watching the equipment in action.  I thought that the service you supply is excellent and you were both very professional in the way that the survey was carried out.  Can I also complement you for investing in such technical equipment.  To me it raises the bench mark a few notches." John Bragg, Managing Director at TIS Cumbria Ltd.

Subsequently we've gone back and done the time lapse, we've had two cameras in situ since January 2013 capturing the significant West Cumbrian development.  TIS Cumbria Ltd were awarded a record sum through BEC's 'Investing in Business' grant scheme to fund the construction of a new 5,000m2 facility at Derwent Howe, Workington.  The Government’s Regional Growth Fund supported and Nuclear Decommissioning-backed ‘Investing in Business’ grant scheme award is in addition to a £150,000 made by BEC back in 2011. The combined £850,000 investment from West Cumbria’s economic development organisation represents a significant chunk of the total £2.98m investment in TIS Cumbria Ltd’s base in Derwent Drive. The construction includes additional office and factory premises, increasing capacity and creating around 30 new jobs.
