M74 Completion - Final Ground Shots for the Project

We have just completed our final set of ground shots for the M74. The 5 mile (8 kilometre) motorway link opened to the public in June this year. We have been working with the partnership project (Transport Scotland, Glasgow City Council, South Lanarkshire Council and Renfrewshire Council) and their contractors the Interlink M74 JV
The Interlink M74 JV is a joint venture comprising of Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, Morrison Construction and Sir Robert McAlpine, four of the UK's major civil engineering contractors.

On board from the beginning in 2008 we have been responsible for capturing the development of the project; from monthly construction progress, six monthly aerial and time-lapse photography capturing key phases of the construction on site near Glasgow. We have been commisioned by the Interlink M74 JV team to undertake the photography for the M74 completion in Glasgow. This is Scotland's single largest construction project costing some £445 million. We are currently providing monthly ground and aerial progress photography and have 2 time lapse cameras in position for a forthcoming bridge launch.
